Truck loading
Tank truck loading at the rack, from gate entry through to a completed, documented movement.
Every truck that pulls onto the rack is a transaction waiting to go wrong. TLOAD automates the whole sequence — driver validation at the gate, controlled loading at the rack, measured quantity capture, and a Bill of Lading generated from what actually loaded.
Loading a tank truck looks simple from the outside: product goes in, driver leaves. The cost sits in the exceptions. A driver whose certification lapsed last month. A load authorised for one product and delivered as another. A quantity recorded on paper at the rack and keyed into the ERP three days later, slightly wrong. A queue at the gate at 6am because everything is being checked by hand.
None of these are dramatic on their own. They compound. By month end they show up as gain-loss discrepancies nobody can explain, invoices that do not match what left the terminal, and a reconciliation process that takes people days.
Truck loading automation removes the manual step at each of those points, so the terminal enforces its own rules rather than relying on the person at the rack to remember them.
Before anything flows, TLOAD confirms the driver is authorised and the vehicle is approved for the product. A driver PIN entered at the rack ties the load to a specific person, so the movement is attributable.
TLOAD controls the loading rack directly, delivering against the authorised order rather than trusting a manual setpoint. The rack enforces what was approved.
Metered volume for refined fuels, or weighbridge capture for weight-based products. Either way the measured quantity is recorded by the system, not transcribed.
The BOL is produced from what the rack measured, at the moment loading completes — so the document and the movement cannot drift apart.
The completed movement passes to TMW Cloud, which validates it and posts it into SAP as a real business transaction.

Direct control of loading rack equipment, so the authorised quantity and product are what get delivered.
Volume measured through the rack as product flows, captured straight into the loading record.
Sustained high-throughput loading where rack time is the constraint and every manual check costs turnaround.
Refined fuels and hydrocarbon products moving out of refineries, fuel terminals, and tank farms.
Terminal scales connected into the same workflow, so weight-based movements are captured automatically.
Truck loading automation is software that controls the loading of product into tank trucks at a terminal. It validates the driver and vehicle before loading begins, controls the load rack so the delivered quantity matches what was authorised, captures the measured result, and generates the Bill of Lading.
A driver PIN is a credential the driver enters at the rack to identify themselves before loading. It ties the loading operation to a specific authorised driver, so the movement is attributable and an uncertified driver cannot start a load.
Meter loading measures product volume as it flows through the load rack, and is typical for refined fuels. Weight-based loading uses a weighbridge to determine quantity from the difference between inbound and outbound weight, and is common for heavier or non-metered products. TLOAD supports both, through load rack automation and weighbridge integration.
Yes. Completed loading movements pass to TMW Cloud, which validates them and posts them into SAP as sales orders, goods movements, and purchase orders, with no custom ABAP in the SAP core.
